| dc.description | This research was directed to generate information on the origins, principles and positioning of the citizens against the tenets of socialism of the XXI Century that has been the basis for the actions of the government of Rafael Correa. The research findings determined that most of the political leaders of left and right, as well as students and citizens in general, consider the political, economic and social changes that are running the government of President Correa are based on the principles of socialism of the XXI century and therefore they are benefiting most of the national population.Against this, the population has adopted positions in favor or against the government, simply because it perceives the results regarding work performed, programs, projects and implemented laws, having no clear political or ideological position on the socialism of the XXI century due to little knowledge possessed So from a sociological point of view it is determined that there is full knowledge and therefore differentiation between citizenship at understanding the classical socialism and socialism of the XXI century, falling all respondents and simply surveyed give a favorable opinion or unfavorable on the actions of the central government and the form of government of President Rafael Correa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación estuvo direccionada a generar información sobre los orígenes, postulados y posicionamiento de la ciudadanía frente a los postulados del socialismo del Siglo XXI que ha servido de base para el accionar del gobierno de Rafael Correa. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que la mayor parte de los dirigentes políticos de izquierda, y de derecha, así como los estudiantes y ciudadanía en general, consideran que los cambios políticos, económicos y sociales que está ejecutando el gobierno del presidente Correa, se basan en los postulados del socialismo del siglo XXI y por lo tanto están beneficiando a la mayor parte de la población nacional. Frente a esto, La población ha adoptado posiciones a favor o en contra del gobierno, simplemente por los resultados que percibe respecto a las obras realizadas, programas, proyectos y leyes implementadas, no teniendo claro una posición política o ideológica respecto al socialismo del siglo XXI, debido al poco conocimiento que poseenor lo que desde el punto de vista sociológico se determina que no existe pleno conocimiento y por tanto diferenciación entre la ciudadanía al momento de entender al socialismo clásico y socialismo del siglo XXI, cayendo la totalidad de entrevistados y encuestados simplemente en dar una opinión favorable o desfavorable sobre el accionar del gobierno central y la forma de gobernar del presidente Rafael Correa. | es_ES |
