Resumen : The teaching-learning process has had many changes around the world. We are witnessing a pandemic caused by COVID-19, which has caused the entire educational system to take an unexpected turn, such as virtual education. Many teachers, students, parents, and other educational participants got used to the new methodologies, virtual learning environments, resources, materials, and technological tools that help improve virtual education. For that, the use of educational software in education has generated great support in the teaching-learning process. Even more so taking into account the subject of mathematics, which has always been a subject that students consider "difficult," "boring," and in some cases have generated "fear" for not being able to understand the content developed by the teacher. By implementing an educational software for the subject of mathematics in second-grade students, it was possible to create a space for feedback and reinforcement of the students' knowledge and Gamifying through interactive activities that encourage their learning. It was possible to create a motivated, participatory, and innovative environment in the teaching-learning process. A general objective has been set for the research and the prototype to satisfy the entire investigative process. The research objective is to implement educational software as support for the (TLP) in mathematics. The objective of the prototype is to create educational software through the use of different technological tools to provide feedback on the learning of second-grade students in the subject of mathematics. The present investigation also shows a problem that revolves around the following question: How does the use of educational software as didactic support influence the resolution of addition, subtraction, and comparison of numbers in the teaching of mathematics to second grade, ¿section B students from the institution “Escuela de Educación Básica Aurelio Prieto Muelas”? Didactic support converts the perspectives and experiences of the students. Since, in this way, it is required to use a new methodology or learning technique that significantly impacts the cognitive, collaborative, and participatory knowledge of the students. Therefore, the development of the research was carried out through a qualitative approach: generated by the observation of a problem, setting objectives and favorable results to meet the goals, and through a quantitative approach: valued with the results obtained through an interview for the teacher applied in the first experience, where the operation of the educational software was shown and considering the teacher's opinions to make some changes before the application; and a survey for students developed in the second experience. A general analysis can be mentioned through these results. A great acceptance of the educational software for mathematics was obtained and obtained positive and favorable results in all its aspects.
