The present research work we will talk about the comparative analysis of an agricultural type land by means of two methods, the conventional survey with total station and the photogrammetric survey with the help of a drone in an area of 7.8 ha of a rural area located in Canton El Guabo Tendale Parish in the sector of La Bocana. Fulfilling the general objective set from the beginning of my work to analyze and compare the measurement of the land obtained by the two methods and find their level of error or accuracy in contrast to the original plan provided by the owners. The methods implemented and materials used were conventional survey with a Sokkia CX-105 total station and the second method was a photogrammetric survey with the help of a Dji Phantom 4 RTK drone. The results obtained when comparing gives us a zero error in reference point two and two point nine in reference point one, at the same time in the control points we observed an offset of eleven, five point two, and eleven centimeters respectively. The precision between the measurement of the area of a terrain is more accurate with total station due to its millimetric advance, it should be noted that if we make a large number of station changes we can accumulate human errors. Concluding that it is useful for a surveyor to take into consideration the combination of any surveying method allowing him to obtain advantages and disadvantages with unique characteristics that each of them bring us.es_ES
