Explotación turística del humedal la tembladera y su determinación en los aspectos socioeconómicos del sitio San José-Santa Rosa-Ecuador.

Abstract

In the last years in Ecuador tourism has become an activity of great interest and with great potential to generate socioeconomic benefits to the country, since it has great natural wealth and diverse landscapes the important thing is a tourist destination worldwide. The objective of the research is to determine the socioeconomic aspects that affect the income from the tourist exploitation of the La Tembladera wetland of the Santa Rosa Canton. The type of research applied is descriptive and cross-sectional. Through the analysis of the results, it is intended to demonstrate that tourism exploitation generates great benefits in income, with the economic model obtained through a Multiple Linear Regression and with data generated from surveys carried out on the inhabitants of the San José site, it will be possible to verify that the increase in tourist consumption produces a positive impact on the quality of life of the inhabitants of the place.
