The surveys were carried out in the properties cacaoteras of San Alfonso's sectors, Santa Martha, Independence and New Esperanza belonging to the Canton Camilo Ponce Enríquez of the County of the Azuay, the outlined objectives were: OBJECTIVES: For the Component of: "I study of the productive offer and commercialization cacaotera: 1. integral diagnosis of the productive and commercial offer. 2. proposal of improvement continues of the productive system, and of the commercialization system. For the Component of: "Partner - Organizational - Self-management": 1. integral diagnosis of the structure organizational beneficiary. 2. to outline a structure partner - organizational for viabilizar the installation of the project, with the support of a system of active, equal participation and empowered with all and each one of the potential partners of the sub-project. The sectors studied in the productive chain have like general average among National cocoa and CCN-51 6.19qq/ha/año that it is low in relation to the average of the Country that is in 8.2qq/ha/año and more even to the average of the sector of Orange grove than it is very close and it is of 10qq/ha/año, but that with the training it is planned to end up producing 9qq/ha/año, when the project that will last two years concluding. The project has the back and the enthusiasm of all its producing partners for what won't be difficult to achieve the goal traced since it will be given training, technical attendance and permanent accompaniment and the incentive of the price that it will improve it will be the guarantee of the results. Concerning the Partner-organizational component 27% of weaknesses exists that the same as to the component of the productive chain it will be qualified to the producers to improve in a two year-old lapse its organizations and all the variables that it contains the component. In a same way one will work in the artificial life of an organization that locks to the four organizations of first degree in one of second degree and power to market in associative form to a better price and from a single storing center that will be located in San Alfonso's sector. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo es parte de los “Estudios definitivos del Subproyecto Intercantonal de producción beneficiado y comercialización de cacao en las zonas bajas de Pucará, Ponce Enríquez y Pijilí”, propuesta que se desarrollo en Convenio con la M. I. Municipalidad de Camilo Ponce Enríquez, La Universidad de Machala a través del Departamento de Vinculación con la Comunidad de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias y la Fundación Progreso y Desarrollo PRODE, el proyecto es financiado por el PROLOCAL a través de fondos del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo BID, la Municipalidad y los cacaoteros de la zona de intervención. . Las encuestas se realizaron en las fincas cacaoteras de los sectores de San Alfonso, Santa Martha, Independencia y Nueva Esperanza perteneciente al Cantón Camilo Ponce Enríquez de la Provincia del Azuay, los objetivos planteados fueron: OBJETIVOS: Para el Componente de: “Estudio de la oferta productiva y comercialización cacaotera: 1. Diagnóstico integral de la oferta productiva y comercial. 2. Propuesta de mejoramiento continúo del sistema productivo, y del sistema de comercialización. Para el Componente de: “Socio - Organizacional – Autogestión”: 1. Diagnóstico integral de la estructura organizacional beneficiaria. 2. Plantear una estructura socio – organizativa para viabilizar la implantación del proyecto, con el apoyo de un sistema de participación activa, equitativa y empoderada con todos y cada uno de los potenciales socios del sub-proyecto. Los sectores estudiados en la cadena productiva tienen como promedio general entre cacao Nacional y CCN-51 6.19qq/ha/año, que en relación al promedio del País que está en 8.2qq/ha/año es bajo y más aun al promedio del sector de Naranjal que está muy cerca y es de 10qq/ha/año, pero que con la capacitación se piensa llegar a producir 9qq/ha/año, al finalizar el proyecto que durará dos años. El proyecto cuenta con el respaldo y el entusiasmo de todos sus socios productores por lo que no será difícil lograr la meta trazada ya que se dará capacitación, asistencia técnica y acompañamiento permanente y el incentivo del precio que mejorará será la garantía de los resultados. En lo que concierne al componente Socio-Organizacional existe un 27% de debilidades, que al igual que al componente de la cadena productiva se capacitará a los productores para mejorar en un lapso de dos años sus organizaciones y todas las variables que encierra el componente. De igual manera se trabajará en la vida jurídica de una organización que encierre a las cuatro organizaciones de primer grado en una de segundo grado y poder comercializar en forma asociativa a un mejor precio y desde un solo centro de acopio que estará situado en el sector de San Alfonso. | es_ES |
