Descripción : El tema que es objeto de este estudio “Percepción del Movimiento Indígena para las próximas Campañas Electorales 2021 en los estudiantes de 7mo y 8vo semestre de Comunicación Social UTMACH”, tiene relevante importancia, en virtud de ser una problemática de nivel nacional, que amerita un análisis desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes quienes pueden aportar con sus conocimientos y punto de vista como futuros comunicadores y ciudadanos. Por ende fue un estudio muy interesante de realizar porque en él se observó y analizo las opiniones de expertos en tema de política que nos dieron su criterio y opiniones acorde a su conocimiento y desenvolvimiento en temas de política que nos ayudaron de mucho en la presente investigación en donde fué grato poder empaparnos de su sabiduría. Conocer a profundidad los pioneros de este movimiento nos llenó mucho de determinación para poder comprender como marcaron historia con su voz de poder y lucha contra la corrupción que se ha venido evidenciando en el país por parte de políticos en donde ha sido un tema de controversia durante décadas y a su vez en donde tienen que ver mucho la influencia de los medios de comunicación y redes sociales porque en ambos se muestra ante el publico realidades diferentes de problemáticas que han sido temas de debates, paros y problemas legales. La corrupción de los políticos y la censura de los medios tradicionales y digitales han sido el motivo de que nuestros hermanos indígenas defiendan nuestros derechos e intereses. Se planteó como Objetivo general: Analizar la percepción de los estudiantes de Comunicación Social de la UTMACH, respecto a la participación política del movimiento indígena, mediante aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas, para determinar su incidencia en las próximas campañas electorales 2021. Esta investigación presenta un enfoque cualitativo, cuantitativo y se apoyó en la investigación bibliográfica, descriptiva porque describe hechos acaecidos en el país en relación a los movimientos indígenas, se consideró como población a 240 estudiantes legalmente matriculados en la Carrera de Comunicación Social, de los cuales se delimitó como muestra a los 88 estudiantes del 7° y 8° semestres, por la facilidad de comunicación que tiene el Lcdo. Rubén Zapata Chacón, tutor de este estudio, a quien le facilitaron el email para aplicar las encuestas a los estudiantes y la entrevista fue aplicada a dos profesionales del derecho y a uno del área de comunicación, quienes tuvieron la predisposición de colaborar en este estudio. Una vez ordenadas, clasificadas las encuestas se procedió a la respectivas tabulación, para lo que fue necesario realizar tablas y gráficos estadísticos, con los resultados obtenidos se pudo determinar los diferentes puntos de vistas que tienen los futuros votantes, lo que permitió llegar a la conclusión, de que según la percepción de los estudiantes los movimientos indígenas si tienen aceptación para que participen en las próximas campañas electorales 2021, aunque estos argumentos no tienen mayor incidencia a la hora del voto, es decir la imagen que proyectaron no es lo suficientemente fuerte para consolidar a este movimiento como uno de los ganadores.
Resumen : The subject that is the object of this study "Perception of the Indigenous Movement for the next Electoral Campaigns 2021 in students of 7th and 8th semester of Social Communication UTMACH", is of relevant importance, by virtue of being a problem at the national level, which deserves a analysis from the perspective of students who can contribute their knowledge and point of view as future communicators and citizens. Therefore, it was a very interesting study to carry out because it was observed and analyzed the opinions of experts on politics, who gave us their criteria and opinions according to their knowledge and development in politics, which helped us a lot in this research. where it was pleasant to be able to soak up his wisdom. Knowing in depth the pioneers of this movement filled us with determination to understand how they marked history with their voice of power and the fight against corruption that has been evidenced in the country by politicians where it has been a subject of controversy during decades and in turn where the influence of the media and social networks have a lot to do with it because in both different realities of problems that have been the subject of debates, strikes and legal problems are shown to the public. The corruption of politicians and the censorship of traditional and digital media have been the reason for our indigenous brothers to defend our rights and interests. The general objective was: Analyze the perception of the students of Social Communication of the UTMACH, regarding the political participation of the indigenous movement, through the application of surveys and interviews, to determine its incidence in the next electoral campaigns 2021. This research presents a qualitative and quantitative approach and was supported by descriptive bibliographic research because it describes events that occurred in the country in relation to indigenous movements, 240 students legally enrolled in the Career of Social Communication were considered as a population, of which The 88 students of the 7th and 8th semesters were delimited as a sample, due to the ease of communication that the Atty. Rubén Zapata Chacón, tutor of this study, who was given the email to apply the surveys to the students and the interview was applied to two legal professionals and one from the communication area, who were willing to collaborate in this study. Once the surveys were ordered, classified, the respective tabulation was carried out, for which it was necessary to make statistical tables and graphs, with the results obtained it was possible to determine the different points of view that future voters have, which allowed to reach the conclusion , that according to the perception of the students, the indigenous movements do have acceptance to participate in the next 2021 electoral campaigns, although these arguments do not have a greater impact at the time of the vote, that is, the image they projected is not strong enough to consolidate this movement as one of the winners.
