| dc.description | The present work of investigation was realized in the town Rio Negro, of the Parroquia La Victoria, Canton Santa Rosa, pointed to 15 families, each one with an area of 12 aquare metters. Where we the following objectives:1. Unfold agriculture sustain in the community of the town Rio Negro. 2. Establish intervening inquirys the grade of acceptation of the vegetables as part of the family diet. 3. Create and enable in organic families orchards to the community of the town Rio Negro. The design of the program of implementation was the result of the study of the Sector, based on meetings with the population of the town, where we found the next priorities: The activities to realice, The people that are going to participate, The resources that we need, The time that will take the activities. We obtain a line base trough the polls, with the porpoise of identificated the consume of vegetables and the grade of acceptation of the project. The town had a meting to realize the evaluation of the project, together we work in each one of the houses, the activities where shared and who had more experience solve the problems, the vivacious of this process are important for the strength of the capacity of the people. The relation that we established between the total percentage of the benefited and the used of the vegetables we obtained satisfactory results, where 12 families consume the vegetables correspond to the 81%, getting of this way a closed relation and cooperation of the town. In this way we demonstrated that when we increase the grade of interests of the participants, bigger is the production and acquisition of internal consume. Showing that while better is the person capacited, easier is to accept technics and alternatives of production in the incorporation of the vegetables. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se lo implementó en el Caserío Río Negro, perteneciente a La Parroquia La Victoria, Cantón Santa Rosa, donde estuvieron dirigidas a 15 familias, cada una con un área de 12 metros cuadrados. Donde se plantearon los siguientes objetivos: 1. Desarrollar agricultura sustentable en la comunidad del caserío Río Negro. 2. Establecer mediante encuesta el grado de aceptación de las hortalizas como parte de la dieta familiar. 3. Implementar y capacitar en huertos familiares orgánicos a la comunidad del caserío Río Negro. El diseño del programa de implementación fue el resultado del estudio del Sector, en base de reuniones que se sostuvieron con los moradores del Caserío, donde se definió las siguientes prioridades: Las actividades a realizar, Las personas que van a participar, Los recursos que necesitamos, El tiempo que se tomará las actividades. Se obtuvo una línea base a través de encuestas, con el fin de identificar el consumo de hortalizas y el grado de aceptación del proyecto. La comuna se organizó para realizar el seguimiento y evaluación del proyecto, juntos se trabajó en cada una de las viviendas, las actividades fueron compartidas y quien tenía más experiencia resolvía problemas, las vivencias de este proceso son importantes para el fortalecimiento de las capacidades de la gente. La relación que se estableció entre el porcentaje total de beneficiados y el uso de hortalizas se obtuvo resultados satisfactorios, donde 12 familias optaron por consumir las hortalizas correspondiendo al 81%, consiguiendo así una estrecha relación y cooperación de la comuna. En consecuencia, a medida que se incrementa el grado de interés de los participantes, mayor es la producción y adquisición de las hortalizas para el consumo interno. Demostrándose así que mientras mejor se capacita la persona, le es más fácil que acepte técnicas y alternativas de producción y de consumo en la incorporación de las hortalizas en la dieta familiar | es_ES |
