| Descripción : | La ingeniería civil es un conjunto de ciencias técnicas, pragmáticas e interdisciplinarias encargadas de gestionar infraestructuras para resolver problemas sociales, partiendo de un análisis de materiales, flujos monetarios, personal e integrar cronogramas que viabilicen la construcción del proyecto en forma eficiente. La necesidad de implementar un control en la realización de proyectos demanda un análisis detallado de todos los activos e insumos del proyecto, basado en un estudio técnico capaz de justificar la inversión del recurso monetario; por lo tanto, es imperioso investigar, caracterizar y explicar las concepciones del trabajo en forma holística desde el punto de vista del autor empleando el método científico e inferencias afines a la catedra de programación de obras. El presente caso práctico tiene por objetivo elaborar el presupuesto y cronogramas valorados de la obra Construcción de un canal revestido, mediante la aplicación del método de la ruta crítica CPM, con la finalidad de encontrar la mejor planificación en la ejecución de dicho trabajo. |
| Resumen : | Civil engineering is a set of technical sciences, pragmatic and interdisciplinary responsible for managing infrastructure to solve social problems, based on an analysis of materials, monetary flows, personnel and integrate schedules that make the construction of the project efficient. The need to implement a control in the realization of projects requires a detailed analysis of all the assets and inputs of the project, based on a technical study capable of justifying the investment of the monetary resource; therefore, it is imperative to investigate, characterize and explain the conceptions of work in a holistic way from the point of view of the author using the scientific method and inferences related to the program of works programming. The purpose of this case study is to prepare the budget and estimated schedules of the work Construction of a coated channel, by applying the critical path method CPM, in order to find the best planning in the execution of said work. |
