| Descripción : | El trabajo de investigación que se requiere poner en marcha, estará ligado a escoger la mejor opción para invertir y también para evaluar si es rentable o desfavorable mediante indicadores financieros que son altamente reconocidos y confiables para una valoración eficaz en la inversión que se pretende realizar, esto ayudará para la toma de decisiones del accionista o la institución, ya que se podrá comprobar la viabilidad del proyecto de acuerdo a resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos financieros, a través de investigaciones en sitios web, revistas científicas que serán los pilares fundamentales Siguiendo con el objetivo de analizar la viabilidad del proyecto de inversión de la empresa “Rieger Internacional”, mediante la aplicación de herramientas financieras como el VAN, TIR y Período de Recuperación de la Inversión, se corrobora que ayudaron oportunamente a tomar una decisión en el caso planteado, el cual, será de poner en ejecución el proyecto, ya que, al momento de la aplicación de los indicadores financieros dará como resultado un VAN de $ 21.349,4795, un TIR de 15,3622 % y el Tiempo que Recuperará la Inversión será de alrededor de 4 años, por lo que será rentable al recuperar la inversión antes de lo previsto. |
| Resumen : | The research work that is required to start up will be linked to choosing the best option to invest and also to evaluate if it is profitable or unfavorable through financial indicators that are highly recognized and reliable for an effective valuation in the investment that is intended to be made, this will help in the decision making of the shareholder or the institution, since the viability of the project can be verified according to quantitative and qualitative financial results, through research on websites, scientific journals that will be the fundamental pillars. Continuing with the objective of analyzing the viability of the investment project of the company "Rieger Internacional", through the application of financial tools such as the VAN, IRR and Investment Recovery Period, it is confirmed that they helped in a timely manner to make a decision in the This case, which will be to implement the project, since at the time of the application of the financial indicators will result in a NPV of $ 21,349,4795, an IRR of 15.3622% and the time it will recover the Investment will be around 4 years, so it will be profitable to recover the investment earlier than planned. |
