| dc.description | The present project describes the steps necessary to carry out the planning and scheduling using the CPM method of a work for flood control, where e obtained from the Portal of public purchases a work with necessary features as it is the CLADDING WITH WALL BREAKWATER IN THE INTAKE, EL GUABO CANTON, PROVINCE OF THE ORO. The need for planning and programming of this work using the CPM method is very important since it allows us to outline each of the activities in which divides the work and obtain their life to be able to estimate the time more optimum that will last the excecution ion of the work. To make the planning of this work we must have an APU to get the length of each of the activities and thus be able to relate them to one another, which should go first and which should go after outline these activities in a diagram of arrows obtaining the order that is needed for their implementation. The planning of this work covers (route review, diagram IMP-TMP, valued schedule of work, physical forward, equipment, labor and materials), where you will see their total duration of 107 days, the progress of the work every month and control of resources economic engaged in each activity. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto describe los pasos necesarios para llevar a cabo la planeación y programación aplicando el método CPM de una obra para el control de inundaciones, donde e obtenido del Portal de Compras Publicas una obra con características necesarias como es EL REVESTIMIENTO CON MURO DE ESCOLLERA EN EL SECTOR BOCATOMA, CANTON EL GUABO,PROVINCIA DE EL ORO. La necesidad de realizar la planeación y programación de esta obra mediante el método CPM es muy importante ya que nos permite esquematizar cada una de las actividades en las que se divide la obra y obtener su duración para poder estimar el tiempo mas optimo que durara la ejecución de la obra. Para realizar la planeación de esta obra debemos contar con un APU para poder obtener la duración de cada una de las actividades y así poder relacionarlas una con otra, como cual debe ir primero y cual debe ir después esquematizando estas actividades en un Diagrama de Flechas obteniendo así el orden que se necesitara para su ejecución. La planificación de esta obra abarca (Ruta Critica, Diagrama IMP-TMP, Cronograma Valorado de Trabajo, Avance Físico, Equipo, Mano de Obra y Materiales), donde podremos observar su duración total de 107 días, el avance de la obra mes a mes y el control de los recursos económicos que intervienen en cada actividad. | es_ES |
