Descripción : The administrative processes, start from the need of companies to determine their purpose without deviating from their main idea by which they were created. This process is distributed in stages which are planning, organization, direction and control. For all this, the main objective of this work will be to ANALYZE THE CONCURRENT CONTROL WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL PROCESS OF THE NISAN MACHALA COMPANY, taking into account the recognition of everything that implies control within the administrative process, analyze the commercial process of the company of study, and apply the PHVA cycle in relation to the handling of the Nissan Machala process manual. Every organization must keep track of all its activities that are carried out from the beginning, such as the creation of a regulation or budget, the verification of the day-to-day activities carried out, and the finalization of the creation of a product or service. Finally, the control must be relevant, in order to detect a fault and correct it in time. The concurrent control must be effective, but without hindering the tasks, not pressing or bothering, so if you come to find a problem will be notified to staff and thus show where you are doing your homework in a correct way and help you to improve, if the control allows you to have an idea of each event and thus correct it quickly avoiding reaching the culmination of a process to just take action when they may be already late.
