dc.descriptionThe present case study deals with the elaboration of a loyalty program for the retention of clients of the textile company "RM" whose research aims to determine the strategies suitable for the design of the program, to modify the current tactics of direct marketing implemented by the company and the elaboration of promotional strategies that allow the approach of the client. In the development of the report describes a brief history of the company RM and its business turnaround, research is based on primary information through the information of books and scientific and secondary articles, the latter type of research was done using From the development of a semi-structured interview to the manager and the application of a questionnaire with closed questions and multiple answers design in order to perform them to 234 of RM clients to measure the degree of satisfaction towards the product and the brand and later generate Customer loyalty strategies, such data went through a process of analysis until arriving at the decision making of strategies, depending on the current situation of the company. It concludes with the conclusions that provide evidence of the scope and fulfillment of the objectives set out in the case study.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio trata de la elaboración de un Programa de Fidelización para la retención de clientes de la empresa textil “RM” cuya investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las estrategias idóneas para el diseño el programa, modificar las tácticas actuales del marketing directo implementadas por la empresa y la elaboración de estrategias promocionales que permitan el acercamiento del cliente. En el desarrollo del informe se describe una breve historia de la empresa RM y su giro de negocio, la investigación se sustenta de información primaria mediante la información de libros y artículos científicos y secundaria, a este último tipo de investigación se la realizo mediante la utilización del desarrollo de una entrevista semi estructurada al gerente y la aplicación de un cuestionario con diseño de preguntas cerradas y respuestas múltiples con el fin de realizarlas a 234 de los clientes de RM para medir el grado de satisfacción hacia el producto y la marca y posterior generar estrategias de fidelización de clientes, tales datos pasaron por un proceso de análisis hasta llegar a la toma de decisiones de plantear estrategias dependiendo de la situación actual de la empresa. Se finaliza con las conclusiones que brindan evidencia el alcance y cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados en el caso de estudio.es_ES
