dc.descriptionThe General Rules of Interpretation is one of the fundamental pillars of the Harmonized System of Code Designation of Goods, created by the World Customs Organization, in conjunction with the World Trade Organization, so that its member countries have a common language at the time of making A tariff classification, in the imports of the different goods that are offered in the international markets. Imports represent 90% of the world's merchandise movement, with the customs of each country being in charge of following the procedures in a responsible manner, and being the entity that represents the government, making the collection of taxes, fees And taxes on imports and exports. The purpose of this research in highlighting the importance of each of the six General Rules of Interpretation to determine specifically the description of the goods, each of them has a scope. The methodology used is descriptive based on bibliographic information, the results of the research show that with the specific knowledge of the use and scope of the six Rules, the correct classification of the goods and products by their nature, characteristics, origin, analogy, Components, manufacturing, their use, etc., without making mistakes.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLas Reglas Generales de Interpretativas es uno de los pilares fundamentales del Sistema Armonizado de Designación de Códigos de Mercancías, creado por la Organización Mundial de Aduanas, conjuntamente con la Organización Mundial del Comercio, para que sus países miembros tengan un lenguaje común al momento de realizar una clasificación arancelaria, en las importaciones de las diferentes mercancías que se ofertan en los mercados internacionales. Las importaciones representan el 90% de movimiento de las mercancías a nivel mundial, siendo las aduanas de cada país las encargadas del seguimiento de los trámites de una manera responsable, y siendo la entidad que representa el gobierno, realizando los cobros de los impuestos, tasas y tributos de las importaciones y exportaciones. El objetivo de esta investigación en destacar la importancia de cada una de las seis Reglas Generales de Interpretación para determinar específicamente de la descripción de las mercancías, cada una de ellas tiene un alcance. La metodología utilizada es descriptiva basada en información bibliográfica, los resultados de la investigación demuestran que con el conocimiento específico del uso y alcance de las seis Reglas se llega a la correcta clasificación de las mercancías y productos por su naturaleza, características, origen, analogía, componentes, manufactura, su uso etc., sin cometer errores.es_ES
