| Descripción : | The objective of this work is the calculation of the Performance of a Loader that was used to carry out operations for the one-track project. With the technological advances that have emerged in the last decades in the different civil projects, the manufacturers of different brands of machines have been in need of innovating and updating their machinery, to satisfy the necessities that are required; This is why the Komatsu Front Wheel Loader type WA320-5 of 166 HP was used as reference. The research was based on documentary information referring to websites and scientific journals from different universities and field visits. In the observations that were given in the field were by direct method and then compared with the mathematical methods, and these at the same time be compared with the manuals of yields offered by the manufacturers of the different machines, since these work with 100% Of efficiency, so that these values must be corrected taking into account the factors that influence the performance of the machinery; For that reason the most feasible method is the one of rules and formulas to estimate of better way the yields of the machinery. The yields of earthmoving machinery provide very important information to make budgets and improve the schedules of activities. |
| Resumen : | El objetivo de este trabajo es el cálculo del Rendimiento de una Cargadora que se la utilizó para realizar operaciones para el proyecto de una vía. Con los avances tecnológicos que han surgido en las últimas décadas en los diferentes proyectos civiles, los fabricantes de diferentes marcas de máquinas se han visto en la necesidad de innovar y actualizar sus maquinarias, para satisfacer la necesidades que se requieren; es por ello que se tomó como referencia la Cargadora Frontal de Ruedas Komatsu tipo WA320-5 de 166 HP de potencia. La investigación se basó en información documental tomando como referencia sitios web y revistas científicas de diferentes Universidades y en visitas de campo. En las observaciones que se dieron en campo fueron por método directo para luego ser comparados con los métodos matemáticos, y estos a la vez ser comparados con los manuales de rendimientos que ofrecen los fabricantes de las distintas máquinas, ya que estas trabajan con el 100% de eficiencia, por lo que estos valores se deben corregir tomando en cuenta los factores que influyen en el rendimiento de la maquinaria; por ello el método más factible es el de reglas y fórmulas para estimar de una mejor manera los rendimientos de la maquinaria. Los rendimientos de maquinaria para movimientos de tierras brindan información muy importante para realizar presupuestos y mejorar los cronogramas de actividades. |
