Descripción : Banana production of the Province of El Oro is mostly in the canton The Guabo, which by its geographical location provides the facilities for both the cultivation and for export, due to that account with good roads of first and second order and the ease of being able to access the port, where ships to carry the fruit abroad. The Agricultural Center Cantonal Ministry of the Guabo (CACEG) has managed to obtain accreditation with the Ministry of Agriculture, livestock, aquaculture and fisheries with the purpose of having access to the benefits and recognition by the Ecuadorian State. With the purpose of responding to the needs of its partners, such as low prices, high production costs, lack of knowledge in the administration of the estates and lack of contracts to ensure the sale of the fruit with fixed price throughout the year, it was decided to sell the fruit together, to cover with the expectations of partners; with this criterion, it develops a business plan for "CACEG", taking information from the files and collecting information bibliography, to analyze some variables. It seeks to talk with the heads of various companies in order to have a consensus in terms of volumes and prices of boxes, with the aim of signing a contract with minimum period of one year of the entry into force; is the signature of an inter-institutional cooperation agreement with the MAGAP in order that the technicians of this institution to provide technical training for partners, for fruit of excellent quality, to compete in the market with other companies. The main source of income will be the personal contribution and progressive of each partner, taken in proportion to the volume of boxes that processes, i.e. producing the most, more pay. As a company associative, the initial capital is equivalent to the share capital of the Organization. Making the NPV calculation and the IRR, we determined that the VAN is > 0, therefore is a viable project and the IRR we is equivalent to 18.87%, which will make it possible to recover the initial capital, in a period of 5.29 years. We determine the point of balance and we conclude that this value is equivalent to 5.247 boxes per week; the R B/C gives us a value of 1.24 dollars, which means that for every dollar that is invested, we will have an income of 24 cents of a dollar. To make possible a correct implementation of the proposal, account with human talent trained and equipment of last technology, which guarantee us the business success. There is a profound respect for the rights acquired by employees; encourages the partners to obtain quality certifications, social and environmental, with the purpose to improve the quality of the product, to be competitive in the market; the social part, it is desirable that both field workers, as the environment where are the farms, to be favored by the creation of sources of work and with decent wages; in the environmental part it is expected a deep respect for the care of the environment.
