The bioremediation of the half aquatic in the field of the aquaculture, is very important, since the accumulation of matter organic in the bottom of them pools aquaculture is very worrying by such reason it recovery of the soil of them pond is vital for carry to out an excellent crop of in them farms shrimp. In the following report that is performing, mainly is going to treat them themes relating of how is goes accumulating during all a cycle of crop it matter organic in the background of them ponds aquaculture and it forms more recommended as is it biorremedicion through the use of microorganisms beneficial. One of the microorganisms most commonly used for the recovery of soils is the Bacillus spp. Since these are specific microorganism for degradation of organic matter. Us could set clearly with the realization of this work that them main microorganism used are them Bacillus spp. by its great affinity by the matter organic since these mainly is feeds of them waste that is accumulate in the Fund of them ponds aquaculture, by which these are very useful for recover them soils that is come damaged by the accumulation of them sediments in the Fund of them farms aquaculture. In this reason we can conclude that the use of beneficial organisms for the degradation of organic matter is very useful because we can have a better means and with that the crop cycle will be very successful.es_ES
