| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal de esta investigación se fija en cuanto a las contravenciones que realizan los navíos en aguas ecuatorianas y cuál es su debida sanción al realizar pesca ilegal, el mismo que no lo puede hacer ni realizar faenas de pesca, debido principalmente a la prohibición que pesa en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico y en cuanto especialmente a la Ley de Pesca , lo que tiene que ver concretamente a los barcos bolicheros que no pueden hacer sus tareas de arrastre dentro de ocho millas marítimas, por cuanto les está prohibido debido a la ley en mención. Para ello tendremos en cuenta la ley de Pesca, la ley de Policía Marítima y Constitución de la república del Ecuador. Y en subsidió el Código Orgánico Penal Integral hoy en vigencia, en cuanto al tratamiento de realizar la sanción correspondiente para lograr corregir este fenómeno que se maneja perjudicando a los pescadores. | es_ES |
