dc.descriptionIn Ecuador, the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) was adopted since January 1, 2009, so it is important, as time goes by, to correct errors that have been made due to lack of information or misinterpretation of the Current standards in our country. The present research was developed in order to know the correct application of the specific rules in IAS 12 that establishes the treatment of Income Taxes, Property, Plant and Equipment IAS 16, as well as the application of IAS 13 and IAS 36, related to Fair Value and Impairment of Assets, which together with the study and analysis of the Organic Law of the Internal Tax Regime ART. 10 and its respective Regulations ART. 28, and finally, scientific articles, a critical analysis can be made for the recognition and measurement of deferred taxes that are generated by the deterioration of Property, Plant and Equipment. Within the development is the percentage of depreciation that goes according to the stipulated in the respective Ecuadorian tax regulations that allows deducting the depreciation expense for Income Tax purposes, also the Residual Value that has been established 20% of its historical cost.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn el Ecuador se adoptó la aplicación de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) desde el 01 de Enero del 2009, por lo cual, es importante a medida del tiempo corregir errores que se han ejecutado por falta de información o mala interpretación de las normas actuales en nuestro país. La presente investigación se la desarrollo con el objetivo de conocer la correcta aplicación de las normas en específico la NIC 12 que establece el tratamiento del Impuestos a las Ganancias, NIC 16 de Propiedad, Planta y Equipo, así como la aplicación de la NIC 13 y la NIC 36, relacionadas al Valor Razonable y el Deterioro del Valor de los Activos, que junto con el estudio y análisis de la Ley Orgánica del Régimen Tributario Interno ART. 10 y su respectivo Reglamento ART. 28, y por último, de artículos científicos, se podrá realizar un análisis crítico para el reconocimiento y medición de los impuestos diferidos que se generan por el deterioro de Propiedad, Planta y Equipo. Dentro del desarrollo está el porcentaje de depreciación que va de acuerdo a lo estipulado en la respectiva normativa tributaria ecuatoriana que permite deducir el gasto por depreciación para efectos del Impuesto a la Renta, también se encuentra el Valor Residual que se ha establecido el 20% de su costo histórico.es_ES
