Descripción : This bibliographical research focuses on a new criterion of financial analysis, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its medium and long term contributions for the development of companies, based on the fact that consumer markets tend to be socially responsible, that is to say , Consume of companies with this type of policies, CSR should not be confused as a marketing plan but socially responsible in several criteria that go to meet the social demands of their environments, is also basis for the design of public and private investment criteria , Which could generate longer-term societies more equitable and relevant to society, CSR replaces the concept of Milton Friedman that states that the end goal of companies is to generate profit for its investors by the concept that companies as Final goal should positively contribute with their development environment, investors and entrepreneurs should design their strategic policies thinking of contributing positively to society.
Resumen : Esta Investigación bibliográfica se centra en un nuevo criterio de análisis financiero, la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) y sus aportes a mediano y largo plazo para el desarrollo de las empresas, basados en que los mercados de consumo tienden a ser socialmente responsables, es decir, consumir de empresas con este tipo de políticas, la RSE no se debe confundir como un plan de marketing sino socialmente responsable en varios criterios que vallan a satisfacer las demandas sociales de sus entornos, es base también para el diseño de criterios inversiones públicas y privadas, por lo que podría generar a largo plazo sociedades más equitativas y pertinentes a la sociedad, la RSE sustituye el concepto de Milton Friedman que manifiesta que el objetivo de final de las empresas es generar lucro para sus inversionistas por el concepto de que las empresas como meta final deberían aportar positivamente con sus entorno de desarrollo, los inversionistas y empresarios debería diseñar sus políticas estratégicas pensando en aportar positivamente a la sociedad.
